Annual Ryujinsai Dragon god Festival at Dairyuji!

We will host our annual Dairyuji Dragon Festival January 17th which is open to the public!

Starting at 11:00 AM on January 17th, Dairyuji Temple will hold the "Dragon God Festival Daihannya-e" New Year's prayer.

This year is the Year of the Horse (Hinoe-uma). It is said to be a year of strong forward momentum, perfect for taking on new challenges.

Whether you have a wish or just want to take a moment to calm your nerves, why not spend some time praying to start the new year?

If you are unable to attend, you can also request and mail just the "ofuda" prayer plaque.
